Well, my story is that I had actually replaced all my 4 tires last year in April With VIP tires.So I hit a pothole and it tore one of my tires.I went there and I was attended to immediately as I entered their door. A Very friendly employee explained to me that, that particular tire was not available in that branch but was available in a branch in Billerica.Can you imagine they immediately sent one of their guys to pick up the tire from Billerica and within one and a half hours the work was completed and I was on my way. You guys are the best and you are all so friendly.Great team.

Dropped in on a Sunday after my tire had blown. Alex was very helpful in finding me the right tire, which was tricky because my car is AWD and the tires I have now were a discontinued model. It took some time to track down, but he and the other staff that were around helped pass the time with their friendliness. Ultimately, the work was done that day and I was not pressured into any additional or unnecessary work. And they accepted my AAA membership for a discount. Would go to again and recommend to others.

I had several wear-and-tear things going on with my 2015 Chevy Traverse that required a handful of visits to get resolved. Engine starter repair and rear brake work was a slam dunk in one visit. For the other set of visits, I was experiencing a low frequency pulsation driving at speed which worsened while veering left or right. VIP brought me out to the garage, with my car on the lift, to show me what they found as the roots of the problem (transfer case, axle, drive shaft). I totally agreed and was given an estimate to either fixed with new or used parts (where available). Wanted it done 100% right so I opted for all new. VIP got misquoted on the price of the new transfer case but was willing to help me out by only charging me their cost for the item. No fault of their own, on this one, but just good customer service to meet in the middle. Well, after these initial repairs, I drove away only to find out that the original problem was still there (maybe having it on the rack sort of temporary alleviated this problem, but as soon as I had went a couple miles, the problem came back). So, brought it back in and mechanic said that my bolt-on right wheel bearing needed replacement and th
